Use this option to display information related to tracking vehicle location. The internal GPS on the mobile device checks the position and periodically sends it back to the server. Note that this service is turned off when running on battery power to conserve the battery. Normally the device will be plugged into the vehicle power when the field service employee is on the move.
To view GPS information:
Micronet displays the GPS Info screen showing the current GPS status. The first screen below shows the information displayed when the service is turned on. The second shows the information displayed when the service is turned off.
